Booth Selection
Exhibitors, please note we will begin booth registration in mid-February. Sponsors have first priority of booth selection, followed by exhibitors in the order of registration date.

Registering Multiple Attendees

Note that each exhibit booth registration includes two registrations. Double booths include a total of four registrations. If you are registering your company, you are Registrant #1. Single booth registrants may have one additional registrant (Registrant #2) at no cost by clicking the "add guest" button during registration. Double booth registrants may click "add guest" to add Registrants #3 and #4.

After your included registrations, you may purchase additional registrations at a reduced price of $155. To add additional registrations after the included two, please go back to the main exhibitor registration page and select - "Exhibitor Additional Registration" as your registration type.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations for CRA conferences and events must be provided to the CRA in writing. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. No-shows will be invoiced for the full event amount. Refunds will be issued as follows: 30 days or more prior to the start of the event, 100% of the event price less a $50 administration fee. Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to an event: 50% of the the event price, (not including tours and other special activities offered during a conference) will be credited to a future CRA conference or event. This credit can be used for any future CRA event and is good for one (1) year from the date of issue. Substitution will be made up to the date of the event if requested in writing. CRA reserves the right to adjust the cancellation policy.
